I have had nothing but problems with my 2002 Hyundai XG350.

Does anyone know where I can obtain information regarding the transmission. They tell me that the slamming into gear and fail to change gears is normal for the type of transmission that is in the vehicle.

Also, thrusts forward at takeoff.

Had many problems with front suspension.

Any info. would be much appreciated.

thanks
Joy

ok i found out that the xg's use pretty good parts.
the transmission is flakely though if you shift i wines out first then goes through second to third quick
when i change the tires i found the tires i want to use they are 225 55 16s made by michelains believe this they are xgt's
i'm currently thinkings about some kind of dual exhaust and cold air kits
no problems with car just an overall good car

hey wuts up man,

i have a 02 xg350, no problems with it. struts and shocks are still in great condition no bangings or anything, only thing i have to do no is find some crossed drilled/ slotted rotors and brake pads for it, i know its time now.. i put on some wheels- and tv's, just put in a in dash tv, no a flip up, ones the look like its stock (like a navigation system), next month im goin to be getting 2 tvs for the headrest, thing is i ordered it so they put it into the headrest and all so, so they said its going to be a little while. as for aftermarket parts for this car, alot of people dont have anything but when i went on cardomain.com there is this kid on there with a really nice one - i want the lip kit the kid has on his xg- but i cant seem to find it. im glad there are finally more people on the forums with some xg's...

you can put the 225/55/16's on there with no problem - i had them, there was no rubbing or nothing like that, i actually down graded a little bit now - i found a set of 215/55/16's for cheap so i bought those. On my stock rims i have the 205/60/16's wrapped with some goodyear triple tread tires<<<< ( nice ). stock tires for winter tho.

ill get some pictures of my car asap....
anyone else have some cool mods- or some ideas????
