I have a 07 GLS manual Do you guys hear a click noise or sound when you start to go forward for the first time after the engine has started? I hear this sound near the gas pedal at about 15-20mph almost 1or 2seconds after I shift it into the second gear. According to the manual, it says "A click sound may be heard in the engine compartment when the vehicle begins to move after the engine is started. These conditions are normal and indicate that the anti-lock brake system (electronic stability control) is functioning properly." 2-12 It doesn't sound nice like when you click on the mouse button for your computer. It only happens once after the ignition. (only once when I go forward for the first time after the engine has started) Everything is fine after that. I'm still trying to find out if this is normal I'm loving every bit of this car so far.

Have you ever figured out what the problem was?? I've been dealing with something similar ever since I bought my 08 Sonata... Went to the dealership and they said they can't hear anything but I've also had couple of my friends hear that same clicking noise (only when the engine starts going from about 1st to 2nd gear). It's frustrating!!! Any advice????
