Colosantefe -> "Clunking" Sound (3/21/2007 8:42:49 PM)

2001 Sante Fe Gold Edition - AWD - when we are not accelerating and we do accerate there is a slight "clunk"; can't tell if it's the tranny or rear what; can any body help out?
Also the ABS & TRC lights come on intermittently at the same time.
