All,

The dealer is asking 23000 (sticker), I pulled the invoice from NADA and it states roughly 22000. I was curious if anyone had any feedback and roughly how much you were able to haggle them down to (please include location as that plays a factor in price).

Thank you.

If you are involved with *any* organization that gets a fleet discount (your place of employement, your church, a charitable organization, etc.), see if they will just give you the fleet discount.  It's generally invoice + a nominal amount (something like $200).

I looked the car up on HyundaiUSA.com and it says the total cost of  Tib GT Ltd with AT is $22795 + $600 freight charge, - $500 rebate, for a total of $22895.  Expect to pay another $1600 for tax, title and license (my guess; sales tax is the biggest part of that).

The invoice is (according to edmunds.com) $21564 and people are paying $22077 (before freight & rebate).  So it looks like there's a little wiggle room there- About $700.

You can look up these numbers for yourself and get the adjustments for color and your locality by going to http://www.edmunds.com/new/2007/hyundai/tiburon/100835582/optionsresults.html?action=2

Thanks doohickie...

I've done that same reasearch and was hoping for some more wiggle room. From what I've read, everyone loves their car.
