Yes, just simple bolts. You also have to take out some of the trim pieces, but I can help you out with that; I've done that before. I would recommend buying or borrowing a torque wrench and making sure the bolts are tightened to the proper torque. I bet most of the cost is the parts themselves. You'll save the labor money doing it yourself, but if you are buying new belts it's still going to be a significant expense. Why do the belts need to be replaced?
