hi, anybody tried to replace fuel filter? do you know about some DIY?

I'm pretty sure the Tiburon is the same as the Elantra, so this should do it for you if you have the in-tank filter:

You didn't say what year you have; I think more recent Tibs have the in-tank filter and older models have an inline filter.

2003+ 2 2.0 & 2.7 Tiburons have an in-tank fuel filter.

I found this out the hard way.

thank you guys - I will try probably tmrw. but I am wondering why I received fuel filter that looks mostly like oil filter (it's not plastic but aluminium or from some steel) - I have Hyundai Coupe 2.0 2003.

My question is why are you replacing the fuel filter? The original doesn't need replacement until 100K miles.

Yes, the 2003-up GK Tib has an in-tank filter. You need to remove the lower portion of the rear seat, remove the access pannel to the tank and remove the pump puckup to get to the filter.

Mine Tib has 60k and I spent a weekend replacing a ton of parts it may not have need til 100k (f/f, plugs/wires, timing belt and tensioner/idler *due at 60k*, upper and lower intake gaskets).
100,000 miles is to long to wait for proper maintainence and easily could cause more harm than help.

May need be required by Hyundai to replace the timing belt at 60K but that does not mean it's not a good idea to replace it sooner. Should I change it at 30K to be safe?

Hyundai designed and warranties the car. If they say it's good until 100K, then I'm OK with that if I use the car normally.
