06 Sonata Steering Noise/Dash Noise
 

I have an 06 Sonata and the steering wheel makes noises almost all of the time. It's not a whining, but a rattling sound, like something may be loose. Has anyone heard this noise in their car? Any bump I hit makes the wheel rattle, as with regular road vibrations.
Also, the dashboard makes a noise. Well, it's not really thedashboard, but sounds like a marble is "rolling" around in there. Sometimes its rolling like crazy, sometimes it gets "stuck." I really have no idea what it is or what's going on. If you can help with either problem or have any ideas I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
