2003 Santa Fe

I have a 2003 Santa Fe 4 cyl, 138k miles. The check engine light came on, code indicates problem with cyl 3 . Could be plug, wire, coil pack, injector, low/high fuel pressure, etc. I've never changed the fuel filter. How do you change it?
