2004 tiburon 2.0

Talking 2004 tiburon 2.0
Any info on why first keyfob will work but secondary does not. The light comes on however. Are there instructions to reprogramme them or does it need to be done thru the dealer computer?

Unfortunately, you gotta go through a dealer because it requires a scan tool to reprogram the remotes.
