I recently bought a 2011 elantra. I test drove it during the day so I didn't notice the lights not working that illuminate the stereo and cruise buttons that are on the steering wheel. I was also not in an area to test the cruise control buttons and they don't work either, just assumed they did since the stereo control buttons on the left side worked. I got an extremely good deal and car is in really good shape so it's not that big of a deal. Anyway, just wondering what the problem could be and how to fix it. The lights do work occasionally just not a lot, and cruise control, trip, and reset buttons have never worked..... even when the lights do actually decide to work. The stereo control bottoms on the left side have always worked wether the lights are on or not.
