2013 Elantra Auto Transmission question

I need to replace the transmission on my 2013 Elantra GLS.
Is the transmission for the 2013 Elantra GT the actual same transmission as the 2013 Elantra GLS

I found a transmission for a 2013 Elantra GT but when I asked if I could use it in my 2013 Elantra GLS they said no - GT only. Is this correct. I believe they are the same transmission?
Also when replacing a transmission for this vehicle do I need to worry about any computer upgrading?

Never mind, I figured it out myself. Getting ready to install new trans now.
