Default 2013 elantra blower and a/c only work when fan speedbetween three and 4.
Here is a weird one for the guru out there. The fan and a/c only work when in a certain position between three and 4 (4 highest). Changed blower resistor same issue. Changed blower same issue. Even bought and changed entire control panel from a salvage yard and same issue. Ideas welcome!!!

Sounds like you changed everything involved with the control of the HVAC fan
And the problem should be solved
It doesn't make sense

Guessing may be the control alignment is off????
