Hey everyone, looking for some advice. I’ve got a 2019 Hyundai Sonata SE with 111k miles. I currently have 2 closed recalls (953 and 993) and 1 open recall (9C2).

My biggest issue is oil consumption. It’s burning oil really bad, I’m having to add about 4 quarts every month just to keep it topped off. From what I’ve read, this seems like a pretty common problem with these engines.

Since I’m over 100k miles, I’m not sure if Hyundai will still cover anything. Has anyone dealt with this or had their engine repaired/replaced under recall or an extended warranty? What should I expect or ask for at the dealership?

Any advice would be appreciated.
