I want to get a reliable and functional OBD2 for my 2014 Hyundai i20 . I would like if possible an obd2 with software connected to my computer to be able to do 2 action :
-Reprogramming keys (adding a set of keys)
-Check faults

To do what I think you have in mind, this can get pretty expensive and involved.
You might start with checking with different manufacturers like, Autel, Snap On, Bosch etc. Some companies sell specialized equipment for individual topics. Best to check around and see which you want to look into.

I forgot to also mention that with some of the tools you are considering, you may need to subscribe to a manufacturers website to access the info to benefit from your investment. These days there is more to doing certain things than just having the tool.
