Dash and center console lights.
 

Hey, how you all doing?

I have a 99 Excel X3 and only some of the dash warning lights show up upon start up (check engine, oil and battery). The fuel light never comes on even with the needle on empty and the high beam light comes on intermittently. I took the instrument cluster out the other day and all the bulbs looked fine. Also the lights that illuminate the center console are very dim or produce no light at all. I have checked all the fuses all were fine, the battery isn't new but holds good charge. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and have a solution?
