Hi guys could anyone tell me what is a good diagnostics software to get?

Like maybe a low cost one. I want to be able do things on my 2016 Tucson like run fuel pump, rest codes, etc.

Most low cost scan tools will not do what you want.
Suggest searching through various manufacturers for a scan tool that will provide a feature like "Bidirection Control" capability. Then select one with that feature that comes within your cost range.
Even then not all will work with all vehicle makes.
