I recently purchased a 2020 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Not knowing about the automatic close feature of the driver side window, I purchased and installed “vent visors” as I have with my previous SUV’s. As the weather became warmer, I found that the automatic window closure was reopening the driver side window on its own. I have since removed the vent visors. Sadly, and again as the weather warms, the automatic window closure is still causing the window to open all the way on its own. Has anyone else had a problem with the driver side window closing and then opening on its own. I am hoping that it is going to be a quick fix. I would prefer if there was some way for me to make an adjustment to the window to stop it from going back down. Your thoughts are welcome and appreciated. Thanks, Frank.

 

Pretty sure that feature can be set or eliminated with a capable scan tool. If , however, the module that controls window function is experiencing a problem, That would need to be checked at the dealer since that should be covered by warranty.
