Elantra 2013 only 2 radio stations.
 

Hi,
looking for some information about 2013 Elantra radio.

Problem - only finds 2 radio stations.

The rubber on the fob was coming of so I got a new case and changed over the insides. Car would not start called car club who worked out I did not put the transponder in. Use spare key starts up. Dumb me.

The mechanic had disconnect the battery and check fuses. I keep using spare key but I notice the radio not working so need radio code. Media player and Bluetooth works just no radio stations.

Pull radio out out for serial number to get radio code but note was not asked for security code. So I scan all the bands and can get 2 stations only. All Preset stations gone.

Do not have the radio code ( was going to use +1212).

Prion to this radio was was working but some time it might stop so I would turn off and on and it would come good. This might happen a couples of time a day or not for weeks, no patten at all. not sure if problems are connected or not.


Any thoughts on my next step?

Well the radio started working, for no reason, just need to program the stations in now.
