Hi There, we have worked out the constant a/c compressor cycling on my daughters 2007 Getz (R/H/D) is due to a faulty Thermistor switch that fits into the under dash evaporator unit.

Has anyone had experience with replacing this switch while leaving evaporator in the car? I got to the point of near separating the housing but not enough for adequate access. I could actual just feel the top of the old switch probe.
