HELP PLEASE

i want to install new lights behind my dash board and dont know where to find just blue bulbs or how to install them. [:o]Also how to take out the dash... PLEASE HELP SOON :D:D:Di really really want to do this soon because i plan to sell it and i want it to be especially awesome for the buyer... so if anyone knows where to get covers for the lights or directions or ANYTHING will help
