Default Powersteering Noise

My coupe just started making a loud squealing type noise when I'm turning the wheel sharply. I checked the powersteering fluid which seems to be full and I read on some other theads it could be a loose belt? Which belt is this, what does it look like and can I tighten it myself!!? Sorry for all the questions-i'm not the most technical of people!!

Sounds like a loose belt. My Elantra makes noise when I first start it up in cold weather and pull out of the garage (which requires a couple sharp turns). After about a minute, no more noise. Tightening a belt is something a person can do. The belt in question is the one that drives the pulley on the pump where you checked the fluid. Since you don't tell us what model you have, it's kind of tought to give detailed instructions.
