rough running

I have a 2008 Santa Fe with a 2.7. Came home New Years Eve with no problems. New Years Day went to start it, and it started, ran for about 10 mins then stalled. The check engine light began flashing. Ran a code reader and it give the codes PO1116, PO300, PO301, PO303 and PO305. I know the 116 is crankshaft sensor and the 300's are cylinders. However, I'm being told that the cylinders could cause the 116, and the 116 could cause the 300"s. Got it started last night, it will run "normally" for about 10 mins then starts running super rough, actually shaking the car. After I feathered it and kept it running for probably 20-25 min, I shut it off and looked underneath and it looked like I had red underglow lights on it. The cat was glowing red! Google and YouTube say its not the cat, but that its unburned gas getting into the cat. The garage says change them all, but I can't afford to. Any suggestions as to where to start? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
