I have a 2005 Tucson, and the Air Flow Control system is not working in the cold, as the car warms up, the entire car, not just the engine, the damper will then move to the different positions. It just appears that the damper freezes in place once it gets cold. The fan is working fine,the engine warms up fine and produces heat, but until the engine/dash areagets warm the air flow control does not work.

Any ideas ? []
