Que hacer mi hyundai santa fe 2005 se volo el fusible de 10 A DEL ECU 3,le puse otro e hizo lo mismo,no arranca,todos los rele estan ok,q hacer en ese caso...

You have a wiring issue. Short circuit. Put a test light across the terminals of the socket of the fuse.
The short will make it light up. Then go about looking at the wiring harness.
Look for any place that rubs against metal, plastic. Heat, vibration.
If you ever disconnected something then check the pins of the connector.
Wriggle wires to see if there is a change in the light from the test light
