Tray Assy-Crash Pad Center, Upper - Broken

The latch for the "Tray Assembly-Crash Pad Center, Upper", aka the compartment on top of dash, is broken and the compartment door stays open, given it's spring loaded. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
