WA Emissions Test Fail, Help with Codes?

1 Attachment(s)
Can someone help me with some suggestions/tips on how to get these codes resolved or fixed -cheap so that I can pass the emissions test!

Any help would be appreciated!
I think I should replace the fuel cap, what other small things can I do? Or do I need to pay someone $800 in order for the car to pass???

Codes:
P0646 A/C Clutch Relay Control Circuit Low
P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (bank 1 Sensor2)
P0498 Evaporative Emission System Vent Valve Control Circuit Low
P0340 Camshaft Position Sensor A Circuit (bank 1 or single sensor)
P0031 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (bank 1 Sensor1)
P0043 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (bank 1 Sensor3)

this may be a bit late harming, but it would appear there is no cheap way to fix those codes. not really sure why an a/c clutch would make you fail emissions, but he rest seem legit. if you have a scan tool, goto current data or whatever it name it falls under. and monitor your o2 heater circuits as they warm up to operating temp- although generally these codes mean you need new sensors :( same with the cam snsr. probably not a timing issue- but it wouldn't hurt to check the condition of your timing belt while under the hood. your vent valve circuit could be either your canister close valve or the purge control valve- testing the circuits requires an electrical manual unfortunately, so by the looks of things, if you aren't a mechanic yourself, get one. no cheap fix for this it would appear.
