wirring problem on 2005 accent

I just bought a uber clean 2005 accent with only 66k miles for $350 bucks! unfortunately it doesn't start yet lol. itll run if i spray starting fluid in the intake sounds healthy for sure. the fuel pump has 2 ground wires (blacks) and two power green and orange. The green wire has power but the orange does not. If i put power to the orange wire the pump does run, it is sending fuel to the rail as i pulled the line off rail and its shooting strong. But the injectors are not pulsing to shoot the fuel through? What would cause the one power wire on the fuel pump to not have power and injectors have no power? Ive already checked the obvious fuses relays and broken wires. thanks for any help

One wire to the fuel tank is probably for the fuel level sending unit
The other wire is the fuel pump. Power won't be sent to the fuel pump unless the engine is cranking or the engine is running
Check to see if there is power to the fuel injectors
Then check to see if there is a signal from the ECU
Check the grounds for the injectors.
