Default Is your car's lower hose getting warm? Time to check it today. My thermostat replacment.

Elantra 01 135K miles
So how did I know my thermostat was going bad you ask?
The fans were running when they should not have been and the car warmed up fast.
It never over heated and the gage stayed below 1/2 so don't think you will get away without opening the hood on this one laugh.gif

Run the car like 15 miles and feel if your cars lower hose is warmed up. If not change the thermostat.

I will write back if I wrong.

Good luck and keep it rolling.

All appears to be going well. Bottom hose does warm up like it should. Just working on getting the concentration correct now.
Keep it rolling.
