Default catalytic converter

hi,
iam thinking about getting headers fitted, and i will need a new cat. too,
is there any advantage of getting a high flow cat, this for my 03 accent 1.6L DOHC.

Yeah, it will give you more power... Less flow restriction... Better gas mileage.... just like putting bigger pipes on your ride... its allows more air to travel throught he exhaust. GO for it... won't hurt

Installing high-flow headers and a catalytic converter (cat) can enhance exhaust flow, potentially improving horsepower and torque in your 2003 Accent 1.6L DOHC. A high-flow cat further minimizes exhaust restriction, aiding performance gains, but local emissions regulations should be considered.
