Default '04 Accent, 150k and NO belt change ...Help

I bought this '04 back in '06 and it had about 35k on it. Since then I have driven it over 110k and had no idea that it was supposed to get a timing belt change. I was telling a buddy this recently and he says that I'm way over due. I have noticed an odd noise coming from the engine the past couple of weeks that sounds like a bearing worn out or something.
Anyway, my question is: Do I need the Timing Belt Kit or could I get by with simply replacing the belt. I'm trying to get out as cheap as possible since I don't plan to keep the vehicle much longer anyway.

thanks

Timing belt should be changed every 60k miles. Yes, get the kit. The tensioner and idler should also be replaced.
