04 Accent GT trans filter?

I am the original owner of a 2004 Accent GT.
At about 35k miles I had the trans back flushed and its time to do it again as I am at about 74k miles now and the fluid is looking brownish to me.
However I asked about having the filter changed as well.
The dealer said there is no filter to be changed, but my local shop says there is and that the dealer just doesnt do it.
I called Napa etc and there seems to be a filter available from most parts stores.
So which is it, a filter that can be changed or is it a permanent filter.
My owners manual says to change it if under heavy use, so that led me to think it could be done.
I wanted the dealer to do the back flush and clean, but they wont do a filter. My local shop will do it all, but I need to check on what fluid they are using.

I am thinking the dealer just doesnt do it. I had a LR that was the same way. The dealer and even the owners manual said you never need to change the filter, but if you looked under severe duty, it said to change it every 30k miles.

Any help?

The attached figures are diagrams to the Hyundai M5AF3 transmission used in the 2004 Accent from Hyundai Service Website. I didn't look that hard, but it doesn't look like the GT used anything diffferent. If you go back to the dealership, ask them what item #122 is. If you go somewhere else, make sure they use SP-III fluid in the transmission.
