05/06 Rear Brakes

Hi, new to the forums, I have searched but I couldn't find any answers for my issue.

Yesterday it was time to change the rear brakes for my 06 accent 5 (that uses 05 parts  ) and other then some frustrations replacing the springs all seemed to go rather well.

Today I was going on a trip that took me on the highways (100+ km/h) and I noticed a little vibration so I stopped to take a look and make sure nothing obvious was missed. When I went to check the lugs on the right side i nearly burnt my hand on the lugs/rim while the left side was only slightly warm.
So I took the wheel off and noticed that the drum was not turning unless I had some leverage to turn it with. I even loosely set the tire back on and it still wouldn't rotate that easily. So I decided to take the drum back off and didnt notice anything wrong. I lightly blew out some dust build up even though it was only less then 24 hours and well under 100K since the brake change and put the drum back on. The wheel rotated better but still not as freely as it should and as its counterpart does.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this would happen? I even had a Haynes manual to assist me as well as a rather knowledgeable older brother looking over my shoulder. All was done correctly, unless the accent is different then any other vehicle that I have worked on in the past.
Since I removed and replaced the drum it is better, i can actually set my hand on the rim and drum without needing first aid but its still not 100% where it should be and I am curious if I may have done something wrong.

Sorry for the thesis, but I wanted to provide as much info as possible.

Car:
2006 Accent 5
(sold as 06 even though it says 05 in the door)
135000km on it

Let me know if more info is needed but ANY help/advise would be much appreciated.

Looks like whoever did the brakes shouldn't be working on cars. Find another mechanic.

Technically, there is no 2006 Accent. 2007 was the redesigned Accent. All 2006 Accents are carried over 2005. Happens all the time. No big deal.

My guess would be that the adjustment hardware was put in backwards in some way.
