'06 Accent running light malfunction, won't turn off
 

I had an intermittent problem where my running lights would not turn off, when in the off position, even when the car was off and keys were removed. I suspected it was a faulty barrel/turn signal switch module and replaced it. This did not fix the problem. Has anyone experienced this electrical problem?
