Default 2 door hatchback running rough when accelerating and when idle.

I pulled up to a traffic light and out of nowhere my car started shaking really bad and the check engine light started blinking. It stayed solid after. I vibrates a lot more when my car is in drive but still does it when I am in park. Also when I am driving it seems to go back to normal but when I first start to accelerate it doesn't accelerate as quick as it would and vibrates as well as when I am idle. Codes read a cylinder 1 misfire, I replaced all the spark plug as I just bought the car so figured if I am replacing one I would replace them all. It has a 87k miles does anyone have any ideas?
