2002 Accent no spark need input
 

4 cyl will not start, do not have any spark. No power to the spark plug wires, and attempted to probe the power connections to the coil packs and couldnt detect any power in those even when cranking the engine. Engine turns, battery is fine, jumping did not start it. Not 100% sure that sticking probes into the plug that attaches to the coil packs will detect power correctly, so if there is a different way to do it that would help. But the main question is, if the coil packs arent getting any power, but the battery is fine and sending power to the starter, what are the issues possible? Ive heard ECU, ignition switch, and Crank posi sensor. The cars history was that it wouldnt start for a day or two, started fine the next day and was driven home. After that it hasnt started. Ive also noticed that the more weve tried to test power by cranking the motor, the more strained it sounds during turning over. Thanks.
