2004 Hyundai Accent Purge Valve
 

I recently had a new transmission installed in the car at roughly 70k miles. One week later, the check engine light pops on.

Took it over to the dealer thinking maybe it was something to do with the recent install. Apparently the car needs a new purge valve.

A couple of questions:
1. Where is the purge valve located in this model?
2. How easy/difficult is it to do? My husband is pretty decent repairing cars provided he's got some direction.
3. Is there any possibility that this valve going bad is related to the recent install of the new transmission?
