I have a 2008 Accent and the low beam headlights will not work at all when I turn them on. They remain not working until I run the car for about 20 minutes or so. This all started when we began to experience extremely cold weather(ie -12 degrees F) car sits outside. Again after about 20 minutes of running the car, the low beams will start working. Is this a headlight relay issue? Where can the relay be found. It is not under the dash like the 2005 Accent. I do not see a headlight relay in the fuse/relay box under the hood. Please help.

 

Anyone have any ideas? Please help. Where can I find a good wiring diagram?
