2016 Accent idle speed/RPM at rest and warm

Hello all! New member here. Can someone tell me what the preferred idle speed is for my '16 Accent SE? Three different dealers have igiven me 3 different answers. It has been at around 650 RPM when warmed up but I seem to have a slight flutter in the acceleration at about 25-30 mph when I take off after stopping.... Thanks

I have a video of my car on a scanner, the lowest idle i have seen is 752RPM. but i think it was not up to running temp.
Idle speed in gear i have seen 692 to 708 rpm at running temp.
The next time i test i will make sure the temp is correct. i will update my post.
This flutter you refer to. Is it the same as this video?
It will be like you cannot coast your car. It is either accelerating or decelerating (on/off).

630 RPM seems to be what the computer wants to idle at. Running temp.

This is the Hyundai Manual recommended speed
Accent idle speed

A/C off = 630 ± 100
