Accent '96 - hesitation & P1123

I have a '96 Accent. I keep getting the P1123 code (something about too rich fuel) when my engine light comes on. It comes on probably every month or so just randomly the car doesn't usually do anything different when it comes on. The last time it came on my car started to hesitate really bad on take off and when I slow down to a stop my RPMs bounce around and drop really low almost as though it is going to stall out on me. When sitting in drive at a stop light or something my RPMs are usually 700 or 800 in that area. Lately it has been dropping to like 300 and 400.

Can any one suggest anything for these problems? I heard that the O2 sensor could be the reason for the P1123, also vacuum lines could be the reason for it. As for the hesitation I noticed that the Santa Fe's have these issues and it could be an air hose. Would the same go for my Accent?

When I called the parts store they told me there are two different O2 sensors for my car. How do I know which one I may need?

If you're looking for the definitive answer, there isn't one. It requires troubleshooting to determine exactly what the problem is. Probably you need O2 sensors, but it's impossible to tell by guessing. Here's the troubleshooting diagram:

That's all I found. You can join hmaservice.com. They'll probably have the same info.
