I would start by checking the coolant level in the radiator.

 

could be as simple as your air conditioning being stuck in the on position. easy way to check that is to unplug the wires going to the condensor. Worst case senerio is that your heat core is clogged, which could be flushed out or you may have to replace the entire thing.
