ecu

I am having a issue, I think I might need to replace my ecm. Is the ecm on a accent plug and play or will I have to have it program. I found a cem with the same part number out of a salvage yard.

When you have to get the car inspected, the ECU will not display your vehicle VIN number.
This might cause you to fail the emissions test.
But, it should be fine for making the engine run.

Thanks for the advice. I replaced the ecu on sat. Went good.
no more engine light on. I will be getting the car inspected in April so
I will say something to my garage. I know he can 're flash the ecu.
