Full beam lights

When I turn on full beam lights. All lights go out.
With that I mean that there is no light at all from
the head light. Neither full or low
When I am using only low beam it's working as it should.

More detail. What do you mean by "all lights go out"? The tail lights? The parking lights? The instrument lights?

The head lights only.
When it's getting dark and I have no meeting traffic, it would be nice to have full beam lights.. When I go from low beam to full beam, all headlights turns off. There is no full beam or low beam. However when I am using low beam only, I have low beam. When I switch to full beam it only affects the headlights, no other lights.

Okay. When you turn on the high beams, the low beams turn off. That's normal.

If you are not getting andy high beam when they are turned on then the bulbs are probably burned out. Have the bulbs tested and check the wiring to make sure you are getting voltage to the high beam element. If the bulbs are indeed dead and you do get voltage at the connector for the high beams the you need to replace the bulbs.
