Fuse instantly burn
 

Hi, my wifes car is a 2008 accent 3 Doors. We have a little problem with it. This fuse always instantly burn as soon as we litgh up the lights. It seems related to the dash board since the dashboard lights never works. The tail brake Light dont work either. All the other fuses or lights are ok. Someone have an idea what to check next?
