Hey folks,

I've got an '06 Hyundai Accent GLS, and recently I've noticed two rather annoying problems related to the windshield wiper.

* The intermittent wiper setting has completely ceased to function; now only LOW and HIGH function
* Previously, in mid stroke when the wiper blade was turned "off" it would return to it's proper seated position; now it literally just stops anywhere on the windshield as soon as you turn it "off", so I have to properly time it so that it returns to it's proper seated position.



I was starting to think that this might be a windshield wiper motor problem but I'm not completely sure. I mean, if it was the windshield wiper motor then wouldn't the entire range of operation functions stop working? (I.E: intermittent, low & high ?)

Any thoughts on this?
