Horn keeps going off, sensitive steering wheel, Accent 2015

Hello everybody,

I have not driven my Hyundai Accent 2015 in the last 10 months, and I recently took my car for a spin around the block a few times. Everything was working fine, until this morning that I encounter a horn problem on my way home. The horn kept going off every time I made a turn and it wouldn't stop beeping until I reversed the steering motion. Also, the horn went off randomly when I had a steady grip on the steering wheel so I could keep its position neutral so that I could drive straight in my driving lane.

Overall, my steering wheel seems to be sensitive to certain maneuvering which makes the horn go off uncontrollably even if I'm not pressing on the center of the steering wheel. The horn stops when I reverse the steering motion, so then I have to try not to press on the steering wheel to avoid the horn going off again.

Can anybody help me figure out what's causing my horn problem and how to fix it?

Edit:

I just went back to my car and I noticed that the center piece (horn and air bag) of the steering wheel is not flushed on both sides of the wheel. I'm not sure if the air bag was somewhat triggered or if this happened when somebody broke into my car. For the moment, I removed the horn delay because every movement of the steering wheel was triggering the horn.

Possibly clock spring issue??
Or wire came off and is loose in steering wheel??

Maybe. I went back to my earlier today car and realized that the center piece of my steering wheel is not flush with the rest of the wheel. Do you mind taking a look at the pictures I posted? Thanks!

Looks like someone tries to steal your airbag.
It could have messed up things
But, won't know until you investigate
Be careful. Hope you find the problem and can fix it.

I figured out the problem earlier today. I ended up removing the air bag and I found that the left screw was loose so it lead the "horseshoe-looking" plate to protrude, which was the reason why my airbag was not flushed on the steering wheel. Horn problem solved. Thank you for the help!
