Default hyundai extended crank and rough running

Hey I have a 2000 hyundai accent. the car cranks forever before it will start. sometimes if you stop and try starting it again it will start. sometimes it takes about 4 or 5 of those to get it going. also once running it intermittently runs rough at idle. when trying to give it gas it sounds like its under a load and has a tough time revving up. But the weird part is all of these symptoms are intermittent. Ive replaced the tps, the IAC, the fuel pump and filter, the spark plugs, the MAF sensor, the o2 sensors, and the coolant temp sensor. Also th front cat heats up so much that it has started to melt the plastic splash sheild that is about 4 to 6 inches away from it. Im running out of ideas could someone maybe give me some fresh ideas. thanks

Sounds like the CAT is clogged. But I'd suggest getting the computer scanned to see if there are any codes stored.

The CAT heats up because of all the un-burnt fuel going into it. Have you checked the timing yet?
