Need Help with Fuel Line Leak

My name is Cody Bowen and I am a graphic designer at Abbot Promotional Pruducts. I am originally from East Texas, but I now reside in Shreveport, LA.

The Beginning:
Originally, there was an Engine light that came on in her car. Followed by incorrect fuel level readings. I became fully aware of the problem after I smelled gas coming from the exhaust, or so I thought. The car was suddenly out of gas after sitting over the weekend. I put 2 gallons of gas in it and made my way to Auto Zone to read the code.

The Aftermath:
As I am backing out of my parking space at the Auto Zone, just like clockwork, that old guy that knows much more about cars than I do pops up! Bam, he hits me with some pertinent knowledge! This guy notices the fuel smell and then, as a result, he notices the gas puddle that was leaking from the car. We take a gander underneath and notice a line that appears to be the origin.

What I need:
I need help identifying this specific line as well as any knowledge about DIY
options, Average cost of repair, and any general knowledge you guys may
consider helpful.

Hmmm in my idea... The safest would be to tow the vehicle to the dealer asap due to safest reasons.

I was curious how much it cost
To repair the fuel line and if you have to drop the gas tank to do it. I want to make sure I'm fully prepared so mechanic can't feed me bull and overcharge

In my experienca and country, aroung 90 to 150$

I am wondering was this under warranty. My 2013 Sonata now has a pin hole leak in the fuel line and the car has about 79,000 miles on it. The dealership replaced my engine due to the recall. I am very upset thinking I purchased a car that would last!!!!

We all would like to purchase vehicles that would last, but,,,,,,,,,,,,,
It has a lot to do with where the vehicle is driven. For example, if in the salt belt , you can plan on problems, comes with the territory.
If they used stainless steel , the lines would last a lot longer, but would we be willing to pay the extra charge, probably not, so we hope it will last until we decide to get rid of the vehicle.
Some things in spite of how well we maintained the vehicle , just aren't made to last as long as we would like.
They haven't made the vehicle yet that will last longer then the payments ! lol
Replacing a deteriorated fuel line is no big deal compared to engine replacement. Sometimes we are lucky and don't really know it.
