Need help with fuel problem

I have a 2000 Hyundai Accent. I just replaced the fuel pump but it still isn't getting any fuel to the plugs. This is the first time I've ever owned a car like this and I'm not sure where to look from here. Someone suggested the fuel filter, but I can't seem to locate that. Anyone know where that might be? Any suggestions on why it's not getting fuel? It tries to turn over, but just won't.
