Question about fixing up a Accent

I JUST got a 99 Hyundai accent and I want to fix it up. Some things in particular that I am looking for is a set of carbon fiber tail lights and some clear sorner lenses. Where can I find these? I looked on EBay and seen a ton for the 2000 Accents and the lights look the same so, would it work?

hiya, i also have a 99 accent, and I have been told by someone that the lights ar now avalible but not sure where from but I will find out and get back to you!
I have just started modding my car, so far I got fox evo 5 wheels on it! I am planning to lower it 30mm and get some side skirts for the time being!

I purchased my 05 back in march. I haven't run into too many problems other than finding parts go through 04 not 05. I look in the same places you do im sure .... but i found some engine stuff on ebay.....matter of fact most the stuff i got for my s-10 was on ebay.
http://www.lightlens.com/hyundai.htm looks a lil bit high but i found those in 2 minutes.

I've also been looking for aftermarket lights for my car. I have 1998 accent...are they the same as the 99's?

RE: Question about fixing up a Accent

The rear lights on a '98 Accent are the same as on a '99. I've been looking for some Altezza style rear lights for some time, but they don't seem to exist for anything before the 2000 model. After-market parts for older Accents seem to be getting harder to find...!

RE: Question about fixing up a Accent

I have a 95 accent and the best place to find any parts you need are the UK and Aussie shops. I do however know for a fact that altezza's for 99 and below are non existent, litteraly nobody makes them. A good look is smoking the tails, its cheap and different so thats an option.

I almost forgot you can find clear corners for the 98 and below on ebay.
