Remove windshield from donor car intact
 

Not very straightforward how to remove windshield that rubber molding outside seems to be glued with windshield glue tried pulling it out without luck on donor car. I used to take windshield out intact with piece of strong wire and awl (to make initial hole for wire) no problem planing to do the same. On my home car i plan to break windshield in the middle and then take piece by piece out so i have nice intact molding, clear old glue and try to glue it in.

I suggest you go to youtube and search for videos on how to remove and install windshields
That will give you a better idea and may save you headaches.

Agreed. I would honestly suggest calling a professional to see what they would charge. Working with a piece of glass that big can be quite dangerous.

Its forged glass not sharp as far as i remember worst case i'll sand corners. I know it cost like $125 for used windshield + install, but when i paid $200 for car i dont want to spend that much, plus i want to learn how to do it might do business myself cuz windshield cost $35 on junk yard they'll have almost half price in about week so i get it for ~$20 bucks it looks very fresh for that price.

I figured it out how to take out out, no biggie that plastic trim just pulls out its just the car i was looking at has probably 400 miles and it just melted into the frame and was breaking when taking out.

Okay here's the question though every frigging Accent i see on the junk yard has cracked windshield some have same ugly crack going across just like on mine, and another thing i notice is dash also cracked!

To me it looks like the frame is not solid and moves that causes above problems or its just one big coincidence?

My guess would be that the sun probably caused the damage to the dash, it is a common issue in a lot of vehicles. As for the windshield I am not sure but junk yard cars aren't exactly treated well so I am not extremely surprised that the windshields are cracked.
